Craft Fair and Lunch with Santa

ABOUT OUR EVENT

The Schalmont Friends of Music and the Jefferson Elementary PTO are once again sponsoring the 2024 Craft Fair and Lunch with Santa on Saturday, December 7th from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm at Jefferson Elementary School. Children will be able to have lunch with Santa in the school cafeteria. All proceeds from the lunch are applied toward the purchase of supplies and materials used in the Jefferson music program.

Lunch will consist of a slice of pizza (gluten-free also available), chips, bottled water, and peanut-free treat. The price for lunch is $5.00. You are welcome to take your own photos at the event. There will be musical performances and caroling by members of the High School Tri-M Music Honor Society, along with other Schalmont music students, and they will also be doing a craft with the children.

Please feel free to invite friends, neighbors, grandparents, and people outside the school district!!

Ticket forms will be sent home with your student prior to the event. Please return the tear-off ticket from the form you receive along with form of payment in an envelope addressed to Jefferson PTO:Lunch with Santa on the front.

Cash, check, and online payments are all acceptable forms of payment (see below). Deadline for advance sales is Friday, November 29, 2024. Tickets will also be available at the door. All checks should be made payable to “Jefferson Elementary PTO”. You must purchase at least one lunch ticket per family to attend Lunch with Santa. Please enter the event at the Princetown Ave entry by Mr. Gifford’s office.

Please note: paper tickets will not be sent home. Presale tickets will be available at the checkin table at the door.
